Pima Sheriff's Department Harassment

  Sheriff.. Says to me.. If you hold anything in your hand it distracts your driving. Me.. It's not against the law to hold something in your hand while driving... Sheriff... yes it is... Me.. Okay, so I have this soda can, you mean to say if I hold this in my hand and drive it's illegal to do so.. Sheriff.... No.. but it should be... So this guy is telling me that anything that is held in your hand is illegal according to his mindset, yet he uses a police radio while driving... Something doesn't add up... I seen him 1 handed driving and talking on his radio.. This also means he must think other Sheriff deputies should get tickets for taking a sip of water while driving through the Tucson desert in the summer... Could you imagine all the time wasted if the officers had to pull over... stop on the road disrupting traffic.. then drink water... Okay.. now it's safe to drive.... Or if you changed your radio station... He thinks that's illegal too.. Or people with sti...

 I was making a standard trip to get my mail on Valencia road..  Out of one of the neighborhoods a Sheriff's deputy aggressively popped out of a neighborhood side street... He immediately singled me out and began antagonizing me on the road by driving aggressively and eradicate behind me..  Other Sheriff's vehicles came onto the road..  He pretended he was going to pass me, but instead stayed in my blind spot driving in a stalking way behind me.  He then go behind me again... I have been harassed by them before so I decided to turn down a side street to activate my camera and just pull over.. If he were going to pull me over he could just do it and get it over with.. I don't like to be on the road with aggressive drivers that drive strangely anyway and it was causing me stress..  He drove off so I decided to get back on Valencia road and continue to town heading eastbound.  The Sheriff was watching me in his rear view mirror and got in a left turn lane...
